To the Legal Community: Forensic Evaluations
I served as a Senior Psychologist at the New York City Department of Mental Health at Family Court. In that position I provided:
| • | Forensic evaluations and testimony under oath |
| • | Consultation to the court on juvenile delinquency, neglect and abuse, custody and visitation, parental capacity, treatment and treatment setting, probation and incarceration |
| • | Assessment of dangerousness, suicidal risk, need for emergency hospitalization, and malingering |
| • | Diagnostic testing |
| • | Consult to prison mental-health services, judges, lawyers, probation officers, social workers and outside agencies |
